Description

As humans we experience some level of anxiety - fear, worry, stress. Anxiety can be extremely overwhelming, so we often find ourselves trying to avoid it. We try to not think about it or find ways to distract ourselves from. Doing this however, increases anxiety. We even become anxious about being anxious.

Over the next 5 weeks I will be inviting you to meditate on anxiety. For this first meditation, we will identify the anxious self, or the part of you that experiences anxiety. Creating separation from your core self and your anxious self allows you to be present with anxiety in a calm, loving manner.⁠
