What does it mean to live a balanced life? Between work, sleep, friends, family, rest, etc., life can feel overwhelming, complicated, and out of balance. We each have a unique sense of what a balanced life looks like. Some people find their center with more social events and some people find their center with more time outdoors. In today's episode, we talk about a balanced life. I invite you journal or reflect during today's exercise on what a balanced life looks like for you, and the changes you may begin to implement today to find your center.
