Today's meditation we take a look at 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚. It is important to note that 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 is different than 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦. Just because you are showing kindness towards yourself dos not pretending to like yourself if you don't (that's a whole different topic). The journey of loving yourself can be very challenging, and will look different for everyone.
Today's episode I share one of my personal favorite ways to show compassion, kindness, and love to myself. I hope you enjoy it as well.
