What's the biggest thing employees look for in a new job? The Bennies, right? The salary is great but I know a lot of folks who stay on for the benefits. How about the tired, worn-out woman who has "five more years" until the pension kicks in at a job she hates? Or the sick couple who keep a job because of healthcare benefits? I'm not saying there's no value with Employee benefits.
But I am saying they're not the only ones. Business Owner benefits can be every bit as valuable. Or even more so! And this Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for all the wonderful BENEFITS of working at Equis as a business owner. And, I'm thankful for YOU!
