An increasing number of us are getting requests, especially from Ethos leads, where folks want the Big Kahuna. They want the million-dollar policy.

And yet, in over 1,000 policies I've written, I can count on one (maybe two) hands, the number of cases that are near that size.

What that tells me is what people WANT and what people actually GET are almost always two different things. A very important thing to remember when you're talking to a prospect who has that request in mind.
