The first part of your appointment is the most important.
It's the small window of time you have to instill confidence and trust, overcome objections before they surface and set the expectations for what will happen over the next 20 minutes.

When you learn to do this properly, you'll see your placement rate go up as you reduce your "thinkaboutit" objections at the end.
