I'm truly fascinated with how my hormones affect my experience. I started tracking my moods and cycle recently and this is a short episode on what I have found out.

Note: I recorded this on day 24 of my cycle, and it shows how distracted and unfocused my brain is. Also, writing the show notes and publishing this on day 26 of my cycle and it's bringing a lot of insecurity with it. Isn't that interesting?
