David shares his evolution as young coach who quickly earned his coaching licenses but then needed the coaching experience to aid in his development. His coaching experience in Cincinnati, Ohio with Cincinnati United Premier and the Cincinnati Development Academy were beneficial for David in creating and cultivating his coaching philosophy.
