Emerie and Gwyn are much more interested in Nesta’s nighttime activities than stretching. After giving Nesta a hard time (that Cassian for sure overhead), Gwyn mentions a Valkyrie technique for stilling one’s mind. Cassian and Nesta have yet another verbal sparring match before starting Nesta’s swordplay lessons. It’s in that moment that everything shifts and we see the birth of the new Valkyries. Thanks to even more priestesses joining in training, Az joins the venture as a second teacher. Finally, Gwyn attempts to guide Nesta in meditation and it is a struggle.
