Spring has sprung in Prythian and the Inner Circle’s enemies have been eerily quiet. Nesta and Cassian go on a date…to see Eris. After a brief history lesson for Nesta, he proceeds to complain about being left in the dark. Once they leave the Middle, Nesta and Cassian take what should’ve been a romantic stroll along the Sidra. Things go downhill from there quickly and by “downhill” we mean that Nesta, Gwyn and Emerie find themselves in the Blood Rite.
