One of the most exciting parts of doing what I do, is when someone has a real breakthrough.
A breakthrough being that moment when an awareness comes and takes with it all former imprints that have caused pain and suffering to the being.
In this session, this amazing soul shared deeply that they hadn't trusted themselves since the ripe old age of twelve. At the time they missed a perceived "huge" opportunity that caused them to carry the regret for the rest of their life.
They became a micro-manager. A planner. A doer. All to keep distracted from living in the present moment, for fear that they would miss out on something again.
They kept repeating to me "I just don't trust myself" over and over and over, until I stopped them and asked them to say ...
"I don't trust the universe"
Being a deeply spiritual being, they refused to say it.
