This morning we woke up to zero electricity, no water, and a heatwave blazing across Europe.
No answer at the front desk as to when it might be restored as well.
First world problems, I know…. yet, unexpected.
Shortly after waking up, I read a text that I had received in the middle of the night from a very dear friend from years ago. Her daughter, near my age, had a diagnosis that came out of the blue.
Unexpected.
All this all before 9am.
