In this episode ‘Take Care of Yourself” I bring awareness to the challenge of balancing your goals and long to-do lists with the reality of how you feel and what you actually get done. We might want to do 100 things in a week but our motivation, time, and exhaustion might only produce completing 10. Not finishing everything you need to and not accomplishing all you hope to accomplish can be discouraging. I want to encourage each of you to take the time to take care of yourself above everything. Prioritize pouring into yourself, cultivating good habits and making sure you are good. Everything else will be positively impacted by your positive outlook and heathy lifestyle. We often pour into our business, job, kids, family, etc before ourselves and that model is not sustainable if you want to enjoy your life. You have to come first.
