Maria Angelova of Rebellious International is the body-mind coach, founder & CEO of Rebellious Intl, a lifestyle and wellness company. The company's mission is to empower clients through intentional movement and mindfulness. The goal is to uncover one’s authentic and best self so he/ she can live a purposeful, calmer and more productive life. Maria’s unique experience in both the Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurial worlds provides her an edge as a dynamic motivator and educator in the workplace wellness space. Maria can relate her own experience to the transformational power of self care – producing happier, more focused and productive leaders and employees. Prior to founding her wellness company, Maria was a Finance Director and a professional with 17+ years of progressive corporate experience. Born in Bulgaria, Maria moved to the United States in 1992. She graduated summa cum laude from both the University of Georgia (BBA, Finance) and Georgia State University (MBA, Finance). Outside of Pilates, Maria stays busy balancing family and her entrepreneurial life. Maria’s favorite job is being a mom to her 10-year old daughter, Sofia. Maria enjoys learning, working out, Latin dancing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
