Unlike many others in his field, this new generation Peranakan chef first picked up the craft of cooking, from his grandmother and mother. He then spent time formalising his culinary education, before learning from greats like Forlino’s Chef Mario Caramella. Today, he has carved out his own niche as an innovative chef that leads with quality, and heads the kitchen of Godmama, a modern Peranakan restaurant.
