Description

Laura Erwin, Head of Dance Science at London Studio Centre, discusses pilates for dancers. Looking at the fundamentals of pilates, from importance of breath and how this translates to performance, to how teachers might begin to incorporate pilates in their classes, this episode explores the benefits of pilates as one of many forms of supplementary training for dancers.
