About my Gary Barzilay
Gary was born and raised in Israel. As a young boy he dreamt of becoming a cowboy, which led to hm working in the equestrian industry.
In his 20’s he changed direction and studied cooking, working in various restaurants in Israel.
At the end of 1999 Gary moved to NZ, fell in love with this beautiful country and decided to stay. Continuing to work in restaurants and cafes but realising that this is not what he wanted to do, he again started looking for a change.
At the end 2015 again needing a change, Gary started training salespeople for Barfoot & Thompson, the biggest real estate company in Auckland. This role cemented in his head a passion for teaching, training and helping people become better and led to starting his own business specialising training and keynote speaking.

We are aware that the workplace can be very stressful when we have to deal with challenging leadership, giving and receiving feedback, dealing with change, achieving deadlines, and dealing with setback and failures. We can equip ourselves with skills to manage our emotions in such situations to be able to respond confidently. We do not need to be controlled by the circumstances.
Learning and application of principles of Emotional Intelligence can enhance your self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills.
