• Desiring the new trends.      Israelite asking for a king.

1 Samuel 8:5 - King James Version And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.

• Fulfilling a personal ambition.
• Whatever we picture, we want to capture.
• Societal or community pressure.
• Adversity and challenges.
