2 Peter 2:7-8 NLT
But God also rescued Lot out of Sodom because he was a righteous man who was sick of the shameful immorality of the wicked people around him. [8] Yes, Lot was a righteous man who was tormented in his soul by the wickedness he saw and heard day after day.

We can always learn from people's mistake as well as we want to learn from their success.
This is why you should not rejoice when people or organisation fails, learn why it happened in the first place.
If you are only learning from people's success you are trying to cut corners to fast success.
As your mentors about their failures in life. Everyone has failed in one thing or the other.
Genesis 13:13 NLT
But the people of this area were extremely wicked and constantly sinned against the LORD.
LOT CAMPED AROUND WICKED PEOPLE. HE CHOSE RICH LAND NOT RICH PEOPLE.
Our choices determine how we last and where we end.
Rich people are more powerful than rich land.
Human beings are responsible for both poor and rich land.
