But what about when the mistake changes how we feel about our own identity? Enter Cassie - a natural redhead (in her words - she was born with orange hair) who worked up the courage to finally color her hair after starting to go grey and left the salon as a brunette.
Although no hairdresser ever hopes to be the type of stylist who by accidentally changes someone's entire identity - mistakes do happen. In this episode we get to hear the perspective of how miscommunication like this can make the client feel and the anxiety that can result from it.
