Darren Everard has recruited in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector for 17 years and is a fellow of the recruitment profession. Based in Hampshire, he started recruitment life as a senior consultant for a leading south coast engineering agency, making 3,000 + manufacturing and engineering contract placements across Hampshire/Dorset. After being promoted into management he built several successful teams, delivered exceptional growth and had full P&L responsibility as Director of Engineering & Manufacturing. After leaving his director role in July 2019, Darren was keen to return to what he enjoys most, working closely with his clients, looking after candidates and delivering exceptional value through his vast recruitment expertise.
Latitude recruitment was therefore launched in October 2019 and he hasn’t looked back. The company is just 10 months old and has already surpassed year 1`s target and winning `Recruitment new business of the year` for Southern England has also been a very welcome surprise.
Darren`s philosophy to his new business is very simple: Work hard and deliver exceptional service to your clients & candidates so they will never need to look elsewhere. It seems to be working so far!
