Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt! I'm not sure who came up with that saying, but there couldn't be a more false statement. Words actually do hurt, injure and even kill. The Bible refers to our tongues as a deadly poison. Harsh words stir up anger, but a soft answer turns away wrath. In this episode I talk about how Jesus gives us the perfect example of using your words to heal and not kill.
