Halloween was celebrated with “trick and treat” tradition where everyone wore a special costume and asked for candy and chocolate. These four teenagers were no exception. They were excited to prepare what costumes they would wear for Halloween. | Ryan : Wow! Today is October! Halloween is coming. Have you decided what you will be dressing up for Halloween yet, Christy? | Christy : I’m not sure what I want to be yet. I want either a butterfly or a pumpkin. | Ryan : What about you, John? | John : Why do we dress up for Halloween? | Jerry : Halloween is a festival for children and costumes make it more special. I think it’s going to fun from house to house asking for candies. | Christy : Yes, I remember having a lot of fun last year when my mom took me around in a bunny outfit. Do you know what you want to be yet, Ryan? | Ryan : I want to be a batman. I like wearing the cap and mask. | Jerry : Me too. I want to be a superhero character. I chose superman. | Christy : Great! So Ryan will be a batman, Jerry will be a superman and I will be a butterfly. John what are you going to be? | John : Maybe I will be a vampire. | Ryan : Everyone has been decided. So, where can we gather before leaving? | Jerry : Everyone can gather in my house. Let’s go together. | Christy : But, I think we have to ask our moms if we can go tricking or treating by ourselves! | Jerry : Yes, that’s true. | John : Ok, Let’s go! | After preparing their costumes, Ryan and his friends moved from one house to another. They managed to collect a lot of candy and chocolate. Then they also didn’t forget to share each others. Finally they celebrated Halloween with joy.
