We sat down with Prashant J Singh from Ultra Sports India. Prashant has been associated with the grassroots footballing scene in India for 9 years. Apart from running successful businesses in football grassroots, he is also a football coach - working as a lead instructor with AIFF and having served as the former technical director of Football Delhi. We spoke about the importance of patience in this ecosystem, strengthening the base of the pyramid, and how to actually quantify success in this space.
