"Khaana hai toh jaan hai, jaan hai to jahaan hai" is the motto that drove the volunteer group of professionals behind the #Feedmycity initiative. As the rest of us wondered what we would watch on Netflix or Amazon Prime at the start of the lock down, a group of friends - Juggy Marwaha, K Ganesh and K Venkat Narayana got together to feed fellow Indians. Starting with a modest target of 500 meals a day, the initiative eventually provided over 5 million meals to daily wage earners spanning 5 cities - Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Noida with the support of 400 volunteers and donors across the world.
