Today Charlotte shares an episode she recorded before heading down to SMU for college. We discuss how I was preparing for an "era" in my life filled with change, unknown, and many lessons to be learned. This episode is for all the girls entering a new school year, freshman years, and honestly, just life in general. We change all the time. Sometimes the best way to prepare ourselves for the change is to return to what we value, what makes us feel at home, and do those things until whatever change we are going through doesn't feel as intimidating.
