This is your host J Wandoe and on this episode I am joined by a guy who assisted and supported me through some dark times while living in the UK (2021-2023 and since I've been back in stateside this past year.
Melvin Seay from Tampa, Florida by way of Mobile, Alabama, is a father of 3 young men, a husband, son, entrepreneur, part-time hooper, full-time fitness connoisseur, and all-around genuine soul! He is an Air Force vet of 12+ years and like me, still serves but is in the dependent role. Not the easiest position to be in as man, especially in this climate, however, we both understand our position and our assignments!
We speak about our brotherhood, how we learned to cope with our families, where we come from, and our reality of being male dependents who support their wives while they serve their military commitments.
