This week’s guest is Nikki Ivey. Nikki is currently the Head of Sales at Inclusive, and is all about bringing a cultured perspective to the workplace. For most of her career, Nikki has been the only Black woman on her sales teams, and at times had to shrink herself, swallow pain, and even laugh awkwardly at jokes. As her accomplishments grew, so did her confidence to take action, and she started publishing content and building communities around attracting, supporting, and retaining diverse talent.
