The OPS Hoopstars are members of the Ottawa Police Services who use the sport of basketball to form connections, open up dialogue, and interact with the communities they serve. They can usually be found playing with children and youth in at risk neighbourhoods, elementary & high schools, and at a wide variety of community events.
