Episode 12 I talk to Isabella McQuire Mayes about her career and her life in Russia. Isabella left The Royal Ballet School to follow her dream to train at The Vaganova Academy in Russia. Isabella talks about the bravery and conviction that lead her there but also the wisdom and ownership that continues to drive her. Isabella has such rare and unique insight in the ballet world from Vaganova which she brings back to London and continues to teach today.
