Today is Sept. 9, 2019 and anxiety & depression disorders seem to have become an epidemic! Life can be tough no doubt, but there are a few simple things you can do to help minimize your anxiety TODAY! First, understand that stressing about the past or future is pointless; at the end of the day we can only control TODAY! It’s been 5 days since I moved 1,713 miles across country and anxiety has been getting the best of me.
