We are going to discuss and share a few components from our 4 Pillar Assessments. This is a critical part of what we teach in our Foundations Program. We really go deep to assess and understand our relationships, beliefs, feelings and patterns that impact our mindset, nutrition, exercise and recovery.
Do you ever stop or slow down to just take a pause and ask yourself where you are? Taking a deep look inward as well as around you to really see what you have been thinking feeling and ultimately doing.
How can we even decide where we want to go if we don’t have any idea on where we are at?
Let’s talk about creating a MAP - or in other words a Massive Action Plan which provides a clear path to get to where we want to go.
