Coach Carter brought the Richmond High Oilers a perspective they’d never seen before. He also demonstrated the characteristics of a great leader. Honesty, toughness/grit and he demanded respect. He set expectations so high that the player's parents were upset! Most importantly he held his team accountable. Coach Parker has all of those capabilities, but she isn’t a basketball coach. Instead, she’s a business-savvy savant who will fine-tune your businesses from top to bottom. She has the capabilities to take your business from rags to riches no matter the size. She has found a way to get businesses fully funded without losing ownership. With her 15+ years of expertise, she brought so much game to the podcast.
