In this episode, I sit with Deena Dandachangi, a Teacher, Poet, and Spiritual Entrepreneur We meet at night in my apartment in Dubai where she talks to me about the idea of reconceptualising the body, mainly in regards to periods beyond the patriarchal male lens , and the importance of doing so fo our young girls so they can tap into their authentic feminine power.
