Along with the angels, it is the shepherds who play the primary role in announcing the birth of our Savior in Luke's account. The angels declared to the shepherds the arrival of "good tidings of great joy" and the shepherds, upon returning from the manger where they saw Jesus, came "glorifying and praising God for what they had seen." This Sunday in part three of Pastor Kevin's Advent series, Cast of Characters, we will explore the great joy we can experience when we understand fully the message the angels heralded that night to the shepherds on the Bethlehem countryside.
