This week’s episode is with Howard Ekundayo from Oakland. Howard made his way to the Bay after falling in love with running on the streets and in the parks of New York City. Howard graduated from Howard University and has worked for Goldman Sachs, Google, and Netflix as well as co-founding his own startup, all while steadily improving his marathon time from a 3:43 down to a 2:55!
