Caitlin Chrisman started running in middle school and ran at Wake Forest where she thrived in cross country and loved the team aspect of the sport. After graduation, she moved to North Carolina and helped start the Charlotte Running Club which inspired her to chase after the marathon Olympic Trials in 2012.
In this episode, we discuss Caitlin’s journey from high school XC to marathon OTQ, creating running communities to fuel her post-collegiate career, and why she never wants anyone to have to run alone.
