We often talk about what to eat, and how much to eat, but we rarely discuss how we’re eating.

For some people, mindless eating is something they really struggle with. In this episode of the FitTown Show, Coach Danielle sits down with Coach Andrew to discuss how to listen to and be in tune with your body. 

We live in a culture of overconsumption, and it's become exceedingly more difficult for people to tell the difference between hunger, thirst or cravings.

Throughout this episode, we'll discuss how to mindfully eat. Some ways you can mindfully eat include honoring your hunger cues, putting your fork down between bites, savoring each bite, checking in with cravings, and not multitasking during eating.
