This week's episode is all about food, eating and the holiday season. Thanksgiving is just around the corner, which can come with lots of excitement, but also feelings of anxiety and guilt around food. In today's episode I talk about how this has affected me in the past, such as asking for a "healthy" version of an Easter basket. I then move on to the topics of intuitive eating and exercise, and how we can remove pressure around food and working out during the holiday season. Finally, I close with talking about exercise and how it should be used for joy and not for punishment especially during this time of year.
