Yay! I'm finally back, after a small hiatus of depression and winter blues. Although I went MIA for a few weeks, I am not going MIA altogether. In today's episode I first address where I went the past few weeks and why I took a brief hiatus. In simpler terms... it's okay not to be okay! I then move onto my new morning routine and talk about the things that are keeping me sane and sound day to day. You need to fill up your own cup and take care of yourself before you can show up for others. After that, we dive into today's overarching topic of perception, projection and perfection. I tell a few stories and give a few examples of how your perception affects your reality, and to stop expecting complete and utter perfection out of life. Everything happens for a reason, and everything plays out exactly how it is supposed to. Even if you may not understand it at the time, there is a higher power taking care of you and a reason why things happen the way that they do!
