Description

In this interview with Bruce Kelly, a strength coach from just outside of Philadelphia.  Bruce has an incredibly unique opportunity to build a fitness program in a hospital setting which will provide actual preventative medicine. We discuss the benefits of strength training for all aspects of health and how important it is for female athletes. I love his description of mobilty "the ability to do dynamic movements thru full ranges of motion without pain" and how we need to work on it every day.
