In this week’s solo episode, Galey attempts to answer a unique question about health and wellness: What is the purpose of living an intentionally healthy life if we all have a destiny with death? The reality is that we could be gone tomorrow. This is the very reason why we SHOULD seek to be our healthiest selves. This week’s episode gets into why exercise and nutrition can physically help us prevent diseases and illness. Beyond physical benefits, however, taking care of our physical bodies directly impacts our MINDSET towards our life. Let’s make the most of the time that we DO have, regardless of the timeframe. I hope this show encourages you to think deeper about why you should or shouldn’t take care of yourself more intentionally.
