One of my biggest flaws is that I tend to get my hopes up for things.

My dad always says “Don’t count your chickens before they hatch,” and for some reason I’m not very good at following this advice.

PROS:

• It gives me a super positive and upbeat attitude
• Tends to keep me excited for what’s next to come
• Motivates me to continue to make moves and work hard

CONS:

• I get let down when things don’t go how I expected them
• Things TEND to not go how I expect them
• Discourages me from trying new things
