Smita Daya is the Top Chef, Founder/ CEO of Olea Oliva, an Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar tap room with a Mediterranean-Ayurvedic fusion twist. Smita brings Ayurveda principles for a natural and healthy approach into the Mediterranean rich, tasty and celebrative culture of food. She is also the author of "An Odyssey of Flavors". Previously, Smita was in Corporate law for 25 years.
