During this walk, Coach Chelsea France talks to us about what it means to lead with love.
A native of Dublin, OH, Chelsea earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia. While at UVA, she also competed on the Cross Country and Track and Field team. She went on to earn her Master's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the one and only University of South Carolina - Go Cocks!
Chelsea's professional work experiences span across several areas within college sport, including but not limited to marketing, operations, and recruitment. But her influence as an educator is invaluable.
Chelsea currently leads as an Assistant Coach for Cross Country and Track and Field at the University of Maryland, College Park. She also serves on the NCAA Division I Cross Country and Track Executive Committee.
She believes in doing everything with great love, so I am excited for this energy she brings to our conversation today.
