This week, Andy and Amy discuss how being injured can impact you training, nutrition and mental health, along with things that you can do to try and make the process of recovery a little bit easier. They talk about the injuries both of them have had and how they had to adjust their training around them. If you're the type of person who trains through pain, or equally if you're looking for any excuse to get out of training, then this is the podcast for you to put things in perspective!!

As Personal Trainers, we are NOT qualified to diagnose injuries. We can, however, keep you training and make you stronger to prevent injuries from reoccurring or getting worse. We talk about how we modify sessions to ensure that our clients still get the most out of their training when injured, before we talk about optimising your nutrition depending on your level of injury.
