Sex sells.....right?! This week, Andy and Amy discuss and interesting topic that I'm sure everyone will have an opinion on. After an uncomfortable experience exercising, Amy brings up the topic of whether the fitness industry will ever move away from the underlying sexual tone that has always surrounded it. We all deserve a safe space to exercise and express ourselves, regardless of our goals or intentions, so why are people still subject to discomfort and intimidation when exercising, either in a gym or outside.
