It's a pretty awful time at the moment, with lots of us experiencing high levels of stress and uncertainty, so its OK for our fitness not to be the top priority, right!? Whilst that might be a justifiable point, how long can this be maintained before it does have long term consequences on our health?

Andy and Amy share their tips on how to find motivation where it's been lost, and what things are important to prioritise at this time when exercise might not be Number 1.
