Description

This week we had the pleasure of Pete Frost, a friend of the show and the proud owner of a 200kg Bench Press. Pete works in Suicide Prevention, and we chat to him about how he ended up here, along with how he managed to write a Masters Paper without ever completing an Undergraduate Course! This guy really does follow through with anything he puts his mind to, and I hope you'll all agree that this is a fascinating conversation.

This might not feel like the usual conversation that we usually have, with less focus on Nutrition and Training per se, but I hope you all find Pete as fascinating to listen to as we did. The work he does is truly incredible, and shows how looking at data and trends has the potential to help stop the extremely traumatic event of losing someone to Suicide. We do discuss Pete's incredible 200kg Bench press achievement, how he trained to make sure he got it, and what unexpected things made the biggest difference.

As always, if you have any feedback then please feel free to contact us directly, or head over to our Facebook Group, request to join and let us know what you thought.
