Difference between the Law and Grace;
1, Grace came the law was given
John 1:16–17
For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ
2, Sin had dominion over those under the law, but for those under Grace.. Romans 6:14
For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace
Difference between saving Grace and Staying/enabling Grace
1. SavingG brings salvation
Staying Grace brings Convictions and enablement
for the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He ...Titus 2:11-14
2, Saving Grace is not our own making, but produces staying Grace which drives us to Good works
Ephesians 2:8–9
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them
3, Saving Grace reveals yourweaknesses but muchmorereveals Gods power to match that weaknesses, Staying Grace produces certain Uniqeness that Enables you to thrive in your weaknesses
Corinthians 12:9–10
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
